Dawn joined Heartland in August 2014. Dawn works as a dispatcher for the Heartland team. Prior to joining Heartland Barge, Dawn worked in the nonprofit sector and special event planning. Dawn received a B.S. in Speech Communication from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
